Disability package launch
FA PROTECTION EXTRA - 8TH JUNE 2002
A comprehensive disability protection package has been launched by underwriting agency Burgesses. DisabilitySAFE is underwritten by a panel of insurers including Lloyd’s. Its three main components include accidental death and/or accidental loss of limbs, eyes, speech or hearing.
Other components are income protection and permanent disability. Cover is available up to £1m a person without the need for medical underwriting. It also calculates benefits on the number of lost chargeable hours.
