Businessafe launched

Underwriting agency Burgesses is launching Businessafe – a protection contract that provides entrepreneurs with a monthly income of up to £3000 should their business cease to trade.
Businessafe – underwritten by Lloyd’s – provides up to 12 monthly benefits after a waiting period of only 30 days. It is available to all UK residents. Premiums cost £37.50 per month – inclusive of tax and commission of 20 per cent – for £1000 of monthly benefit.
Burgesses’ Simon Burgess comments: “We all know of businesses that have failed only to rise phoenix-like to begin trading again – we are merely assisting this provision of respite financial assistance.”
