Bundled protection insurance slammed

Lenders are selling expensive and unsuitable loan protection insurance with personal loans according to protection broker Burgesses. The brokers telephone survey of 10 leading loan providers, found 90% of lenders automatically included loan protectionin quotes, while 40% would not grant loans unless the borrower also took out the policy.
